The following is an excerpt from a working document drawn up and proposed to me on an informal basis at the Circle Center PD Livorno, which are delegated to the Assembly Hall of the Livorno. The result here as a contribution to further reflection or debate. It is part a path that we as a club Livorno center and just started going in the direction of trying to share goals, methods, ability to produce concrete proposals on the real problems, beginning from where they will represent the real needs and daily living.
Proposals and ideas for joint approaches
Let us open up the world. The PD is proposed as an innovative force, even in the method. Hence the importance of the work from the circles as the first "face" to the reality of each area are willing to try to put into practice a political model that starts from the real needs of society and that this acquire a strategic role and importance.
Our task, I believe, is then also to try to translate what they said in the programs and statements of high practical value in daily relationship with the local reality. The following
just want to be a proposal made by the writer, open to any possible contribution of paths to deepening that takes its cue from what has already emerged in previous occasions and hope that your hope is also to:
- open table and open learning for all in our area as the reference circle;
- promote the development of ideas and the organization of events, perhaps in collaboration with clubs or other civic institutions;
- stimulating opportunities for personal growth and promotion of genuine participation, which starts from the reflection that brings proposals.
Proposed guidelines on the method
Those interested may at any time to propose one or more topics to be explored going to be an informal working group. The initiatives stemming from it will then always be open to all and advertised to open the widest participation of all the founders and supporters of the Democratic Party, which refer to our club.
The reference should still be open to all founders and supporters. The delegates to the meetings could be asked to perform the role of leaders.

below so I limit myself to present ways of working as an additional stimulus. For each title I have also included a brief explanation about the idea and proposed the idea.
Route 1 - development, jobs and skills.
This was one of the issues, from the election program, was one of the most extensive in the election campaign and that it will lose appeal for further subsequent participation in the elections. In particular it may be an argument that, from the characteristics of our territory, could be put into communication with any similar initiatives that can be carried out by other clubs from Livorno or from the same forum work. In particular, it could also be an opportunity to continue a debate that is still a good start in recent weeks. In fact, it has been possible through the various meetings that have followed the forum organized by the clubs and at work, conduct an analysis not restricted to a few aspects but that was always the concept of economic and social development as a fundamental condition for cross any initiative to improve the quality of work. To all this must be added also the important changes affecting the entire region of Tuscany in 2009 on the gradual transition towards a society that is connected to the European context, will be based on job mobility by exchanging real-certified skills.
Route 2 - Cultural development and company culture.
Culture economy and multicultural society. Culture as the expression of human society and culture as virtual container that brings together groups of people of different traditions and habits. Livorno from this we have the chance to fish up in our past where many different cultures have already had occasion to meet and merge, taking the best aspects and traditions of each, of which some can still breathe the evidence in the very heart of the city where as a club we have here. Circle Centre as I think we have a dual responsibility with regard to these issues. The first for the fact that we have within us an important witness in the person of the Cultural City of Livorno, the second from the fact that there is a world around us is made up of many individuals and families of migrants who have chosen or were left to live in our area. Finding the correct approach to "cultural" to communicate and exchange something with these people must be almost a duty for us to propose to also represent the needs of new citizens.
Route 3 - The Democratic Party in Livorno: proposals for an active participation.
Finite elections finally come back to investigate and take care (meaning take care) of our party, from the point at which we had left before the election race. Organization, areas of joint work, mechanisms to ensure active participation: how and how together we can shape an organization that since their 's "last" of the militants and not focus only on time but on the dynamics of electoral guarantee of continued participation over time. About election time maybe we could even think of leading, as this is the tool to where we started and we featured in our "democracy."
Route 4 - Discovering the Center.
Listen, learn, discuss, propose. This sequence of a possible career path for about a territory before being judged for good or evil must be understood listening to all the actors involved, starting from those who know even less culturally (or new migrants Livorno). Route 5 - The value of women in politics, the need to overcome the "quote rosa".

The starting point may be the instrument of the "Report mandate" of which there are already several examples of application. Route 7 - The European social model of active citizenship: policies for the work and the sharing of expertise.
Livorno born fully open and must rediscover its vocation as a gateway to Europe towards the Mediterranean more so in a society like that of Europe today where the true mobility, even for weekend tourism, has physically broken down the barriers .. at least the physical and logistical. Let us also reflect on the removal of cultural and psychological barriers in the times we live in a European society that already "speaks" through a single currency, "Amiably chatting" through exchanges and study at the moment only "whispers" in relation to trade and labor mobility will physically real but that the barriers for all, so the total within the next four years.
