I was thinking about certain issues related to teacher education and especially the function of the placement ... I found the definition of training as a virtual world of Schön, a subject on which it would be interesting to work:
"The internship is a setting progettatto the purpose of learning a practice. In a context that is very close to the world of practice, Students learn through doing, although they do have a small impact on the work of the real world. They learn by means of pre-projects that simulate and simplify practice, or taking part in projects in the world of the real world but under close supervision. The internship is a world virtual relatively free from pressures, distractions and risks compared to the real world, despite referring to it. It is located in the intermediate space between the world of practice, the "profane" world of ordinary vuta, and the world of specialized academic knowledge "(Donald Alan Schön, The reflective practitioner Training, Italian edition edited by Maura Striano, Angels, Milano 2006, p. 72)
